Wixcorp ("we", "us", or “our”) is sensitive to your concerns about how we use the personal information we collect from you through Wixcorp's Redde application and all its associated elements and third-party applications (collectively referred to as "Online Services" or “Platform”). We take your privacy seriously and have implemented this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and internal policies and practices to secure the personal and financial information of our Users (“User", “you”, or “your”).
The Privacy Policy covers Wixcorp's treatment of the Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Health Information (collectively referred to as "Protected Information") we collect when you use the Platform. Some of the information pre-populated on your account including billing and demographic data, are provided to Wixcorp from Kane County Hospital or other care entities ("Partner").
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and therefore governs your use of the Platform. By using the Online Services, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you have questions or concerns about the Privacy Policy, you may contact us at [email protected].
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS?
- (a) Traffic Data.
- Wixcorp may collect a variety of User data such as IP addresses, browser settings, internet service provider (“ISP”) information, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamps, and clickstream data (collectively "Visitor Data"). The Wixcorp internal servers and software automatically recognize Visitor Data. No Protected Information is collected in this process. We may also compile traffic data about the types of Users who use our Online Services at specific intervals (collectively "Traffic Data").
- We may use Traffic Data to analyze site traffic, but this information is not examined for Protected Information. We may also use Traffic Data to diagnose problems with our servers, administer the site, or display content according to your preferences. Visitor Data and Traffic Data may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, or advertisers on an aggregated and anonymous basis.
- (b) Cookies.
- Wixcorp may use the standard cookie feature of major browser applications and other third-parties, or employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes, that allow Wixcorp to store a small piece of data on a User’s computer, or any other device a User uses to access the Platform. These cookies are used solely to enhance the User’s experience while using the Online Services. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" directory. If you reject cookies, you may still use portions of our Online Services, but the ability to assist with use and ease-of-access will be limited, and some features may not be accessible.
- (c) 3rd Party Tracking.
- The use of tracking technologies by our ISP, technology partners, or other third-party assets (such as social media links) in conjunction with the Online Services is not covered by our Privacy Policy. These 3rd parties may use cookies, clear gifs, images, and scripts to help them better manage their content on our site. We do not have access or control over these technologies. We do not tie the information gathered to our Customers' or Users' Protected Information.
- (d) Protected Information.
- Wixcorp requires each customer to provide us with some Protected Information to access and use the Platform. Protected Information is captured when a User accesses Online Services or speaks on the phone with a Wixcorp employee and willingly discloses that information. This disclosure may occur when a User registers with an Online Service, engages in transactions, contacts customer service, or other aspects of services offered by Wixcorp.
- Protected Information includes: (i) "Contact Data" (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) "Financial Data" (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code or bank account information); (iii) "Demographic Data" (such as your zip code); and (iv) other "Legal Data" (such as portions of your social security number).
- Protected Health Information includes: (i) "Contact Data" (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) "Account & Invoice Data" (such as account number, invoice number, date of service, and payment responsibilities); (iii) "Insurance Data" (such as coverage amounts); and (iv) "Clinical Data" (such as diagnosis, services rendered, and clinical codes).
- Wixcorp uses all Protected Information for the sole purpose of administering its services for our customers and does not use such information for any other reason.
- (e) Calls/Electronic Communications. In
- In the regular course of our business, Wixcorp may monitor and record phone conversations or email communications for training and quality assurance purposes. We may receive a confirmation when you open or click on content in an email from us, which helps us make our communications to you more useful and interesting. If you do not wish to receive an email from Wixcorp, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list on any of the emails we send, or you can update your account settings in the Platform.
- (f) Children’s Privacy
- Our Online Services are not directed at individuals under 18 years old. Wixcorp does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13, please do not register on the Platform. In the event that we learn a child under the age 13 has created an account on the Platform, the account will be closed. If you believe that a child under the age of 13 has created an account on our Online Services or entered their personal information into the Platform, please let us know by emailing us at [email protected].
HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT, AND DO WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE RECEIVE?
- (a) How We Use Your Info.
- We use the information we collect from the Online Services to communicate with you, process your orders, facilitate your transactions, and inform you about changes to your account. For example, you may receive a welcome email that confirms your username and password, and later receive communications responding to your inquiries, providing services you request, and managing your account. We occasionally send service-related announcements, for example, to alert you if we need to suspend our Online Services for maintenance temporarily. We may also use your data to compare information, confirm accuracy with Partners, troubleshoot problems, resolve issues or disputes, and measure and improve our overall services.
- (b) Opting Out.
- If you do not wish to receive service-related text messages or emails, you can modify your communication preferences within the Platform. However, you may also opt out of a particular communication channel by following the unsubscribe instructions in any communication or by emailing us at [email protected].
- (c) Partner Interface.
- For Wixcorp to perform the Online Services associated with billing and invoicing activities, we maintain a direct interface with the Partner we provide the Online Services for. As a part of this interface, Protected Information will be shared between Wixcorp and the Partner, including Contact Data, Demographic Data, Account and Invoice Data, Insurance Data, and Payment Data. However, this interface will not share any "Banking Information" (such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or security codes). Wixcorp may share payment method expiration dates.
- (d) Payment Processing.
- Wixcorp, with the assistance of a Partner, uses your Protected Information to process your payment through merchant account services and generate the content on the Platform, including a digital version of your Invoice from the Partner. Your Contact Data may be used to follow up with you on transactions you initiate through Online Services, respond to inquiries made through Online Services, inform you of changes to Online Services, or send you additional information about Wixcorp and its products and services.
- (e) Third-Party Marketing.
- Unless expressly authorized by you, we do not provide Protected Information to third parties for marketing purposes.
- (f) Required by Law.
- We may also disclose your personal information: as required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a legal request.
- (g) User Demographics.
- Visitor Data and Traffic Data are used to gather general statistics about our customers and Users. We may use demographic data to generate collective information about our Users, but not in a way that identifies any User specifically. For example, we may inform third-parties about the number of unique Users, but we will not share any Protected Information about each User.
- (h) Service Providers.
- We may share your Protected Information with companies that provide support services to us (such as a printer, email, payment, or software service provider). These companies may need information about you to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.
- (i) Other Transfers.
- We may share Protected Information and other data with businesses controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Wixcorp. If Wixcorp is merged, acquired, or sold, or if some or all of our assets or equity are transferred, we may disclose or transfer Protected Information and other data in connection with the associated transactions.
- (j) "Do not Track" Disclosures.
- Some states require us to indicate if we follow the "Do Not Track" settings in your browser. Wixcorp does not use any User tracking tools, cookies, or other applications of any kind to track a User outside our Online Services. Because we do not use any such practices, we do not look at a Browser’s “Do Not Track” settings to change any of our practices.
- (k) California Privacy Rights.
- As outlined in 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, California residents have the right to know to who Wixcorp shares their personal information with for marketing purposes. Wixcorp does not share any Protected Information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
- (l) International Users.
- Our Online Services are intended for use in the United States. Wixcorp does not intentionally direct our Online Services to Users outside of the U.S. For individuals visiting the U.S. and use our Online Services in conjunction with your visit, please be aware that you are giving personal information to a U.S.-based company that does not have the same data protection laws as your home country or region – including the European Union. By using our Online Services, you agree to disclose your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- (a) Partner and Third-Party Websites.
- Wixcorp may maintain links to other websites, and other websites may maintain links to our Online Services. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Online Services and not to other websites accessible from Wixcorp or that you use to access Wixcorp, each of which may have privacy policies materially different from this Privacy Policy. If you visit other websites, Wixcorp is not responsible for those sites' privacy practices or content. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of non-Wixcorp websites to confirm that you understand and agree with them.
ACCESSING AND CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT
- (a) User Access to and Ability to Update Protected Information.
- You may visit your account profile at any time by clicking on the "Account" link. Through Account, you may: (i) review and update your Contact Data; (ii) review and update your contact settings; and (iii) manage linked accounts. If you no longer desire our services, you may terminate your account by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
- (b) Data Retention.
- At a minimum, we will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Wixcorp may maintain some or all of this data in its archives even after being removed from the Platform.
HOW SECURE IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
- (a) Our Commitment to Data Security.
- We strive to make sure that our servers and connections incorporate the latest encryption and security devices. We have implemented physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Credit card and Protected Information are transmitted by secure servers (SSL), and the content of our Online Service is hosted from a secure platform. Unfortunately, no data storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of information contained on or transmitted to or from our Online Services or through the use of our services. You provide this information at your own risk. ACCORDINGLY, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR THE THEFT, LOSS, OR INTERCEPTION OF, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR DAMAGE TO, YOUR DATA OR COMMUNICATIONS BY USING OUR ONLINE SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ASSUME THESE RISKS.

- We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our information practices at any time. If we make any material changes or updates, we will post a notice prominently on the Platform. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices, as the changes will take effect at the time of posting unless otherwise stated.
